TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit of $ 595.00.

PAYMENT

All prices reflect a 3% discount for full payment via check.
A full deposit of $ 595.00 per person is required upon registration.
Final payment for trip is due 90 days prior to departure.  

For all FAM trips, 90 days prior to departure, you must also provide a non-refundable deposit of $1499 towards your personal group trip to be scheduled to occur no later than one year after your FAM trip.

CHANGES

Changes made 45 days or less prior to departure will depend on availability on the airlines and the cruise line and might incur penalties and fees imposed by those suppliers.

CANCELLATION FEES

100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Insurance, provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable.

Those who do not take the Travel Insurance should be aware of the following cancellation penalties:

From day of registration to 6 months prior to departure, you will be charged the $ 250.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

If you cancel 6 months or less prior to departure date: 100% of total of trip cost is non-refundable.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

We recommend that you buy trip cancellation and interruption insurance. 

US CITIZENSHIP

All international travels require a current passport and most countries require your passport to be valid for 6 months after your return date. Non USA or Canadian Citizens are responsible to fulfill necessary visa or entry requirements by contacting the destination country’s Consulate office.

ITINERARY

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this promotion. However, due to individual group patterns, group size, weather, traffic, and other factors beyond our control, the number, the order, and the days in which sites will be visited may be altered.

COMMUNICATION

All correspondence from our office, including tour information, billing statements, and ticketing are carried out through email and will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

Love2Travel/Destination Holy Land will arrange for the best-priced airfare available at the time of booking.  Passengers wishing to cancel or change their air reservation after the refundable period will be subject to additional fees.  Airlines servicing our tours are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances.  Love2Travel is not responsible for unforeseen flight delays or schedule changes imposed by the airlines.  Flight schedules may be subject to change by the airlines, and it is the airlines’ responsibility to cover all ensuing expenses.

AIRLINE ROUTE AND TICKETS

Air transportation will be economy class aboard international carriers using non-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more flying together for the entire itinerary.  Flight times are subject to change by the airlines.  We are not responsible for such changes / delays and will not reimburse resulting expenses which are the airline’s responsibility.  Due to airline restrictions, should a group not reach a minimum of ten (10) passengers, the group might be cancelled or the price change.

RESPONSIBILITY

These tours are operated by Love2Travel North America, Murrieta, California. Love2Travel acts only as an agent for tour participants in arranging accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. Love2Travel reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary (as may be necessary due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond its control) and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other incidents resulting from a change of schedules.  Love2Travel is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, injuries or unforeseen expenses incurred by passengers.

LIABILITY

While we have not experienced difficulties throughout the past 31 years with our service providers, we assume no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service.  Passenger agrees to hold Love2Travel harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes, labor unrest or any Act of God or other acts of any other third party.  California law will be applicable to any dispute which arises out of/or concerns this tour.

Enrollment in and payment of deposit constitutes your agreement to these terms.
